第四段“我慌慌张张的向讲台上望了一眼”和“我赶紧把答案抄到了试卷”写了“我”作弊时的心理和动作描写。
第五段的“难以入眠”“翻来覆去”“被噩梦惊醒”“画像都变成了弗罗斯特女士”写“我”作弊后不安的心理已经得到了回应；“自首”表示“我”已经想明白了，作弊是不对的。
第六段写“我”和伊丽莎白“战战兢兢的来到弗洛斯特女士的办公室”“我们”没能说出“请您宽恕”是因为，“我们”做错了事，不敢说出让老师宽恕的话。
七至十二段都是写“我们”“挨揍”的事。
直到十三段，十四段“我们”才知道那是不寻常的“体罚”。弗罗斯特女士让“我们”独享了这一份秘密。

现在，有许多老师一般都是用体罚来教育学生，用棍子、书本、耳光打学生，都是老师们的拿手好戏。可是我，坚决反对棍棒教育。因为现在有许多的有关部门规定：老师不允许体罚学生。

还有一次，我们班的一个学习成绩比较好的同学被老师打了一耳光，还的当着同学们的面骂了他一顿。下课以后，他不在像以前那么活泼了，他总是待在教室的一个角落里，上课也不爱发言了，成绩一再的下滑，由原来的90多分滑到了70多分。
老师用体罚来教育学生，显然是错误的，如果老师不打学生，而用语言来教育学生，那学生对学习生活就会充满阳光的！

写之前，我先跟你们说说我们班的情况。
第一，我们的老师经常拖堂第二，一天内在学校的活动时间不到一个小时。第三，作业一个小时根本写不完。

第五，体育老师经常时不时地揣我们两脚，揍我们两拳等等。
第六，学校发下像《国学启蒙》这样的地方课程书，可就是不上课。

我说这些干嘛？闲得没事干吗？明天有领导来我们学校视导，老师在放学的时候提出了这么几点：

第四：每天睡觉时间不少于9个小时。（全班为之大振。只有一年级的学生才能享受这么好的待遇啊）
第五：老师从来就不变向体罚学生。（全班发出“哇塞！”的声音。体育老师都打我们多少回了。到现在我屁股还疼呢......）
第六：老师从来没占过课。（你不在我们班，你是不知道啊。只要体育老师，音乐老师，微机老师，品社老师不在，我们就只能乖乖的上主科。）
第七：《国学启蒙》发下来就没上过，看见有领导来视导，好不容易上了一节。我看啊，这就是应付领导，等着什么时候不视导了，课程表还得换回来，地方课程，想都别想了。
到了明天，视导的老师来了，他们问什么，我就按现在的情况说。体罚就是体罚，拖堂就是拖堂。要想人不知，除非己莫为啊。顶多明天挨顿批，有什么大不了的。要使全班都像我这么想，把他干的那点不为人知的事全都抖擞出来......
请老师们慎重思考一下。
